Whole Home

We have Sky Glass with Whole Home (just one puck) the cost of whole home just recently went up to full price of £15 a month after our offer ended. I rang sky but they would not budge on the price. It seems an awful lot to pay to simply watch the same package in another room. Obviously there should be a charge i just think £15 is to steep.

Does anyone else have any luck of getting a discount after there first 18 months ?

@Decaff88  There is no obligation on sky's part to offer you anything

all you can do is keep calling until you get an agent willing to offer you something, be prepared to accept it on the spot and it'll likely come with another minimum term commitment

Presumably Sky would argue that this charge covers up to eight additional screens (for a maximum total of three Glass television sets and six Stream pucks) at an individual address.

Re: Whole Home

@TimmyBGood That's fair enough but not everyone lives in a large property and would be able to take advantage of this. We in a 1 bed flat so only require the glass tv and one puck, maybe they could offer a couple of different price points for example up to 2 pucks for smaller homes, and more for bigger households etc.

Re: Whole Home

Cancel it and let it lapse. Check MySky and magically, there will be a reduced price for Whole Home available to you after it is no longer active on your account.
