Whole Home & Pucks

Hi, a few months ago I ordered a Sky Stream Puck, then bought another for the bedroom but have today taken delivery of a shiny new Gen 2 Glass TV. I'm a tad confused about the Whole Home and puck setup though. I have no need for one of them and it seems I'm just renting it anyway. Do I just cancel the whole home and return a puck or does that then render my other (£39.95) puck useless too, please?

There's little point in returning one Puck. The subscription doesn't change. You might as well connect it to another TV if you have one.  Keep it safe though as it will need returning if you eventually cancel everything.

@ItSmeeHere  You still need Whole Home for 2 ore more devices be it pucks or Glass TV's.

Also make sure before you send a puck back that Sky have initiated the return and it's removed from your account.

Also make sure you change the primary device in your account to the glass tv. You can do this in your device settings on the MySky app
