Where are the skyglass sales teams so we could hase a chat with them?

@Foxeystoat  As we don't know where you live we can't tell you if they have any stand in the local shopping centre, however most large shopping centres will have a Sky sales stand.

 

They won't be able to deal with technical issues just sales queries.  Also try https://www.sky.com/shop/store-locator
