When watching normal TV the show cuts off to blue screen then back to the show, constantly.

When watching TV the show will keep cutting off to a blue screen and then back to the show constantly. This only happens when watching normal TV, I cant find a number to contact for SKY to have resorted to this.

Thank you for your reply, we have a sky glass and its the normal TV/Broadband on there.
