When i play discovery plus error 1k-0033

When I play discovery plus on my sky glass I get a error 1k-0033 on every video I try to watch.

Does seem to be coming back, 

 

it's now working via the discovery + website on app.

 

Also just tested on my sky stream and programmes are also now loading.

 

if you are still having issues viewing content on Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream via discovery + I'd suggest rebooting your device by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then trying discovery + again.

Same was watching a series on it the next episode went to load and I got the same error code on my sky q box

I'm the same getting the 1k-0033 error signed out and back in no change even updated my password but still the same error code

I'm on sky + too with the same problem as of today.

Maybe the app was updated and it went wrong?

It looks like a wider Discovery + issue as it doesn't work via a web browser or the Discovery + app on my ipad either.
