Hi @Sharon29-
You have received Sky stream. You set it up by following the instructions (i.e. connect power and hdmi cable) and then following the on screen instructions.
For more information on stream see the online FAQ: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs
You can cloud record on some channels, and for other such as BBC and ITV it will direct your to iPlayer or ITVX. Shows are stored in your playlist as explained in the FAQ.

Unfortunately broadband provisioning can take weeks, while television hardware is sent out 'next day'. You'll receive a Sky Hub (internet router) shortly before the broadband activation date.

Hi guys thank you for your assistance I have now cancelled this system and ordered shy Q.
I didn't want my tv run by the Internet
I live in Morecambe and the signals can be atrocious at times. So still going with sky but in a different way.
