Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCan anyone confirm what offers were being given with a new Sky Glass subscription taken out in June 2022 (ignoring the Mastercard offer).
I activated my Glass TV on 5/7/22 and on checking my account on "My Sky" it is showing the following:
Ad Skipping - offer expiring 5/7/23 (i.e. 12 months which is what I remember)
UHD & Atmos - offer expiring 5/4/23 (i.e. 9 months - I thought this was an 18 month offer)
Entertainment & Netflix - Offer expiring 5/4/23 (i.e. 9 months - I thought this was an 18 month offer)
I have checked my contract which confirms I am on a 31 day rolling notice period but I cannot find any documentation that gives details of the offers I received.

I would recommend looking back at your emails for what offers / pricing you were offered / agreed to.
Thanks,
Tim

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Tim+Adams Thanks but I tried that and nothing has any information on the offers. I'm hoping someone else who took Glass in the middle of last yearf will be able to tell me what their offers were 🤞😀

If you look back in your My Sky app then previous bills go back some way, can you not find it there?
I noticed from April bills going up, I only had Stream since October 🤨. Thirty minutes well spent on the phone this morning 😊

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThanks @Anonymous it was a good suggestion but having checked all my bills since the month I ordered Glass there is nothing to indicate the length of the offers.
Looking at my future bills it appears that they do expire in April. Just my luck that it coincides with the cost of living increase. Nearer the time I might take your advice and phone Sky pleading a pensioner on fixed income etc.
(Congratulations - I look forward to now seeing you as a superuser assuming you decide to apply)

It wouldn't hurt you negotiate sooner rather than later. Make a cuppa and call them.
Superuser 😂😂😂
I'm banned I think!? Not sure why too controversial or somebody put in the nod not to allow him. Not sure why I have not received any messages or notifications why to explain what ive done. I did have a thread closed once 🤔. I've been negative but positive too and had loads of answered ticks, heh ho!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBrilliant 😀, thanks @Tim+Adams . I have found exactly what I am looking for.
As I thought the offers were for 18 months yet on My Sky it only shows the discount for 9 months (Ad skipping was 12 months). I will discuss with Sky when I next phone them.
Thanks again Tim.
