We can not access sky channels

Your engineer is out tomorrow to upgrade our broadband to ultra birthday inthe meantime we cannot access the apps and skysports and other channels we are still paying for why is is !!!

You are not addressing Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. Where your channels working previously? Have you rebooted? Have you checked the connected between Glass and your router?
