We are due to have Sky Glass fitted tomorrow but have not received a confirmed time of arrival

We are due to have Sky Glass installed tomorrow but have not received a confirmed time. I did the track on it and it says our order has been cancelled but am concerned that they are shutting down our current box tomorrow

Also it's very u unlikely the broadband will be activated and the Tv delivered on the same day as the ordering/activation timelines are completely different.

 

The Tv just needs to be delivered so generally takes a couple of days from ordering, broadband has at least a 14 day lead time as that's the industry standard for switching ISP

@Tamson19  If the tracker says it's been cancelled it most likely has been 

 

you need to call sky directly for clarification

Are you referring to Sky Glass (subscription television) or Sky Broadband ordered alongside Sky Glass?

 

A Glass television set isn't installed: it's delivered by a courier company.

 

Any existing Sky satellite service isn't 'shut down' until the Glass system replacing it is activated.
