We are due to have Sky Glass installed tomorrow but have not received a confirmed time. I did the track on it and it says our order has been cancelled but am concerned that they are shutting down our current box tomorrow

The Tv just needs to be delivered so generally takes a couple of days from ordering, broadband has at least a 14 day lead time as that's the industry standard for switching ISP

Are you referring to Sky Glass (subscription television) or Sky Broadband ordered alongside Sky Glass?
A Glass television set isn't installed: it's delivered by a courier company.
Any existing Sky satellite service isn't 'shut down' until the Glass system replacing it is activated.
