Watching live tv sound drops and picture freezes

Watching live tv the picture freezes but sound continues 

sound drops and picture continues 

both sound and picture stops 

happening on few channels 

Iv rebooted the hub max rebooted the sky glass tv and pucks still happening

@DJ+Marshy  How is the TV & pucks connected to your router?   Have you tried  speedtest from the netflix app to see what speeds you are getting at the TV?

Tv is wired to hub max 

pucks are WiFi 

my speed test is shocking due to everything connected and speed in our area

That is likely the problem. What speed does the Netflix app return when it run it form the Glass or one of the pucks?

 

Its will need to be in the region of 25-30 Mbps for one device, but if you are using say your Glass and a puck in a different room at the same time you would need in the region of 35-40 Mbps (obviously would need a bit higher if you had other devices using the internet at the same time as well i.e games consoles or streaming on tablets etc)..

they said there's drop in my internet sending me a max booster

@DJ+Marshy 37Mbps will run one device on it's own, more than one at a time you will struggle with that speed also.
