Trying to watch programs from the start on Legend Xtra after the program has started
using option -- Watch from the start when selected I get a message - ' To watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription ? Any advice how to resolve this issue?
--- 65” Sky Glass ocean blue, Sky Live, 4 streaming pucks and EE FTTP Busiest Home (circa 1.6 Gbps download). Former Sky Q, Sky+ HD and Sky+ customer.

yes, seeing the same.
This channel has suffered from this many times before. It's happens at least every few weeks. Have found doing the below gets it resolved.
