Watch from start

Trying to watch programs from the start on Legend Xtra after the program has started

using option -- Watch from the start when  selected  I get a message - ' To watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription ? Any advice how to resolve this issue?

yes, seeing the same.

 

This channel  has suffered from this many times before. It's happens at least every few weeks. Have found doing  the below gets it resolved.

 

Send  an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
