Watch from start gets stuck on ads

Was trying to watch the darts and the playback just got repeatedly stuck on one set of adverts. It would then play that set of ads then bounce back and just play the same set of adverts again and again with no option to fast forward to where I'd got to. Also meant I missed the one match I wanted to watch which was infuriating. Pointless function as this is happens every time I use the watch from start function.

Unfortunately watch from the start can be temperamental, particularly with ad breaks.

Is this a new issue OR has it been an issue since release of Sky's streaming service?

More than 2 years for it go unresolved is poor🤔

I'm not sure, but it's happened to me multiple times over the last few months. I've only had sky stream for about 10 months.

Did it happen prior to the last few months?

The few times it happened is between when I got it back in March and yesterday, hasn't only been recently

So it is not a current or recent issue... it has always happened😉
