Find out more@G+morris in addition to the advice already posted by @lettice I would point out that if you are outside your 31 days cooling off period it is unlikely that you will be able to return the Sky Glass TV as you own it (not Sky) and are paying for it in monthly installments. You may however be able to cancel your viewing packages.

Just want to return the Sky glass TV not working like it should be, spoke to technical support said they will send me another TV but not got back to me, need this sorting out!

As we are customers we can't sort it out for you, you'll need to call Sky back.
