Want to return my glass TV

Hi I want to return my Sky glass tv, it has been the worst thing I have ever bought.

If you are within your first 31 days since delivery,  you can return your Sky Glass by calling Sky and following the advice below as detailed in the referenced link.

 

  1. Get in touch to let us know you want to return something.
  2. Choose a day for us to come collect your item(s).
  3. Before your collection day, get your item(s) ready.
  4. We’ll sort the rest. From packaging everything up to taking it away.

Otherwise call Sky to cancel your Sky Glass and return.

@G+morris in addition to the advice already posted by @lettice I would point out that if you are outside your 31 days cooling off period it is unlikely that you will be able to return the Sky Glass TV as you own it (not Sky) and are paying for it in monthly installments.  You may however be able  to cancel your viewing packages.

Just want to return the Sky glass TV not working like it should be, spoke to technical support said they will send me another TV but not got back to me, need this sorting out!

As we are customers we can't sort it out for you, you'll need to call Sky back.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
