Waiting for programme to load

Hi Had our glass tv for nearly a year with Sky Internet. Cannot watch any tv ' please wait for programme to load' message keeps coming up ,on any chanel I try.Went through trouble shooting connection fine cannot connect to an ethernet cable .Am not internet savy but this seems to be a common problem with sky glass.Anyone know how to solve this .Has been goung on for last 2 hours ....

@Beldab try turning your router off for 30 seconds from the plug then back on again, followed by turning the glass off at the plug for 30 seconds and then back on again.
