WI-FI IS NOT WORKING

MY BROADBAND AND WI-FI IS NOT WORKING SERVICE WAS RESTRICTED AND BILL HAS BEEN PAID

When was the billed paid? The payment has to clear into Sky's banl account and be processed so nothing will be immediately reactivated.

 

Also have you resetup your payment details on yoru account. When an account is restricted due to non-payment typically the direct debit or card details entered will be removed from the account and you have to have payment details setup.
