Volume sync stopped working with bush tv

So for years I've had no problem linking up my remote to work my tv volume.

All of a sudden it has stopped working the volume although it still switches tv on/off.

I have tried many times unpairing and pairing the remote, tried syncing through the initial 10 settings, all the bush settings and all the other tv settings to no avail.

I've tried the standard turn everything off and restarting and checking the tv and sky puck is all updated etc and yet...no more volume control.

Has anyone got any ideas as I'm now stumped.

The remote’s volume control feature is not working despite troubleshooting efforts. Ensure the TV’s firmware is up to date, reset both the TV and remote, and contact Bush support if the issue persists.
