Volume not working

Hi sky volume not working, tried all settings etc. Any help? Many thanks

If this is Sky glass, the volume bar sometimes disappears when in apps but usually reappears eventually. The volume still changes when this happens. However if your getting nothing in terms of control try powering off at the mains for a few minutes and trying again.

 

If this is stream, you will need to provide some more info, like the TV it's connected to etc. has it ever worked..?
