Voice control not working

Noticed today that when I speak into the remote when holding the voice button, nothing happens. The button is working but get nothing when I speak. I have rest the remote, turned tv off and on. Batteries are okay. Unsure what else to do?

This happened to me yesterday. I just switched the power off, as we were going out. On return I switched it back on, problem cleared.

Sky Glass 43” stand mount, Wi-fi, 1 puck, ethernet from Bt disc.

If all the above fails try this 

 

 

Switch tv to standby (either with remote, or with button on side of set)

Switch off at plug

Switch on at plug (no waiting necessary)

When red standby light comes on, press Home button on remote.

@HannahLouise voice recognition is done on the Sky servers, I have noticed that if Sky is having issues (such as playlists not loading) then sometimes voice search doesn't work either. I did have this the other day, potentially on Monday like you, and then it resolved the next day so if yours is back now, I think it was probably that rather than any of your kit. Like any internet enabled thing, these things happen from time to time.

Switching the Puck 's power off and on again worked for me!
