Voice control not working

When I use voice control it's not responding

@HPV27 There are a couple of quick things you can try. 

Assuming you are using the voice control on the remote then pair it again as follows:

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).  A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue and it's all done.

If you are using the Hello Sky command to your Glass TV make sure the Mic switch hasn't been bumped and turned off at the side of the TV.

You could also try rebooting your Glass TV by unplugging it t the socket for a couple of minutes and then plugging it in again and waiting for it to reboot which takes about a minute.
