Voice control not won my sky glass, I have tried all the suggested help topics

The voice control is not working on my sky glass TV, I have tried all the suggestions already

Voice control isn't working right now on any of my Sky Stream pucks (3 of them). Says "That didn't work please try again".  Sometimes the message appears before I even said anything. I've rebooted and factory reset the pucks. The remotes are connected and all other buttons are responsive. 

any ideas ? Is this a sky side issue ?

Mine isn't either. Worked last night. I've rebooted it and now it hears what I say but doesn't see out the comman it just says "sorry that didn't work"

Anyone having isses when using the Voice control on Sky stream controller? When I ask for something e.g. BBC1. It picks my request up but then doesnt change and says That didnt Work, please try again.

I havde done a restart on my Sky Stream as well

I actually thought it was broken so I'm kinda glad I'm not the only one.

hi all, just had a useful call with Sky, and the helpful rep has said there is a known issue

Mine is back and working now.

A number of you reporting all is ok with voice again.
