View Google Photos via Sky Glass

Recently 'upgraded' (🤔) to Sky Glass (from Sky Q).  Alas, no web browser.  I want to view my Google Photos on my big tv.

What can I do plse?  Is there a workaround?  Reading about Amazon Firestick, don't quite understand what it is.

Thanks

Hi @MLW

Sky Glass is a closed platform which Sky has designed for consuming their content. There isn't any way to cast to it without using a third party device. A fire stick is such a device that plugs into a HDMI port and power socket and provides an app store provided by Amazon.

You will be best googling fire stick or watching YouTube videos to get a full understanding. There are other options of varying costs and functionally such as Roku boxes and Apple TV boxes too.

https://www.cordbusters.co.uk/streaming-devices/ is a good starting point.
