Reset tv and can't access my account to link account to tv

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Darren50 Are you logged into your My Sky account. If not you will get the Oops message when you try to activate.
Also you must me using the email address registered with Sky.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Darren50 Oh, I see apologies. I have just gone to www.sky.com and was able to log into my account so the issue must be at your end and I don't know what else to suggest other than contacting Sky.

Have you done a factory reset on the tv ? If you have then you are going to have to ring sky for help, a factory reset is only done while on the sky with an advisor from sky as the factory reset unlinks the tv from your account
