Does anyone know how you can ad streaming apps and the internet to Sky Glass

Glass does not have a web browser, and as @GD1 indicates there's no user choice in which apps are available*. If you want that kind of flexibility, it's not a good choice of product: Glass is a bespoke platform for consumption of Sky subscription service and those of their business partners.
*Optional subscription to 'Sky Live' gets access to the Zoom and Mvmnt apps, plus interactive games.

You can't add apps, only those added by Sky will be on your Glass TV.
If you wanted a TV with more apps a proper smart V is what you need.

Thank you so much, I used a fire stick and can use the apps I wanted.
