Glass does not have a web browser, and as @GD1 indicates there's no user choice in which apps are available*. If you want that kind of flexibility, it's not a good choice of product: Glass is a bespoke platform for consumption of Sky subscription service and those of their business partners.
*Optional subscription to 'Sky Live' gets access to the Zoom and Mvmnt apps, plus interactive games.

Re: VIKI
@Liz331 Glass TV's work over the internet so not sure what you mean by "add the internet"
You can't add apps, only those added by Sky will be on your Glass TV.
If you wanted a TV with more apps a proper smart V is what you need.
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, VM 1 Gig Broadband, Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: VIKI
The other option is to get a device like a firestick or roku stick that have their own ap stores and plug them into one of the hdmi sockets on the glass tv
