I have free Netflix 4K already via Credit card so how do use Netflix without sky billing me on sky glass

You can create another Netflix specific account to keep them separate and use the Sky included Netflix payment😉
That will prevent Sky taking over your credit card Netflix account... although they will completely separate accounts🤔

Yea but I want be able use my 4K Netflix on the TV so how can I do that since sky wont let me add that

If the first sign in to the Netflix app is the existing one, that's the one which is transferred to Sky billing, but by default it will be Netflix Standard with Adverts unless the appropriate supplement is added through Sky.

if i switch over to sky billing and then change it back on netflix to be billled to me again will the skyglass still work with netflix since i dont want to pay netflix via my sky but through credit card which gives me 100% cashback on netflix if billed direct via credit card

I believe the Netflix app on Sky hardware will always transfer billing.
