Upgrades on Black Friday deal

I want to upgrade to a sky glass package for black Friday and every time I get to the confirm your details page it doesn't load my email address and just freezes, I have tried at different times of the day but every time it's the same! This is using the app, my son has also tried doing it from his laptop and still the same problem

If you have Q or Sky+ then you need to ring Sky to order Glass/Stream. Just be certain Glass/Stream is right for you though as it's not an upgrade just different to Q or Sky+. Do your research first, there are videos on YouTube that will explain how it works, and make sure your internet can sustain a stable and fast connection as everything is on Sky's servers, unlike a Firestick etc. Plus there is no recording as such, the system relies on pointing you to the broadcasters apps. Some channels will give you a "cloud recording" though, but you will always need an internet connection to view. Minimum speeds are 25mpbs and 30mbps for UHD.
