Upgrade my package

I've been a customer for 18 years and am I vip customer. I would like to upgrade to sky glass and maybe reduce my bill.

You need to call Sky to discuss reducing your bill.

You also need to work out if Sky Glass is actually an upgrade for you. If your current TV is quite a recent model and you are happy with the picture and sound quality then ask yourself if you really need to spend hundreds of pounds on a new TV. You can get the same streaming experience with a Sky Stream puck attached to your current TV. This will be cheaper than signing up to a new long term loan agreement for a TV as well as the cost of the streaming subscription.

If you currently have Sky+HD or Sky Q then also check that Sky's streaming service has all the channels you like to watch. There are quite a few which aren't available.

Re: Upgrade my package

Just to AD Sky Glass is not an upgrade it is a completely different operating system make sure you do your homework first, go to a Sky store to physically check it out or watch some YouTube videos. Remember no recording like Q and some channels on Q not available on Glass, Talking Pictures TV being probably the main one missing.  It can be a Marmite system but at the end of the day it is the future if you remain with Sky.
