Updated multi room box required

Please can I have an updated multi room box as its very temperamental and difficult to pick up signal from router in the next room. Also I have whole house ?? What does this entail as I've no idea thanks julie

@Juliesuhanski  A  Multi room box is normally associated with Sky Q or Sky + , do you mean a stream puck?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Whole Home is the subscription supplement for Glass & Stream which permits multiple Glass television sets and Stream pucks to be in use at an address.
