Unresolved issues

I have music playing on a blank screen when first turning on TV, nothing worked to sort so sky told me to do a factory reset, now the TV goes to a blank screen with sound followed normal procedure and reported to sky they asked me to check WiFi provider which I did, it has gone to a specialist team to find out what's wrong but it's been 3 months I used to phone up twice a week but was told not to phone they would phone me. Still never heard anything.

@Stevie103g I'd recommend raising a Complaint via the option on the forum footer. You'll get a response then. At that point you can choose to accept what they say or ask them to escalate internally. Then if you don't agree with their response you can request a deadlock email so you can then go to CISAS.

 

Sadly, it appears to be the only way to get Sky to do anything as promised.
