Unpairing second Sky Glass remote
Hi, after the recent outtage we found we have two remotes paired to the one Sky Glass TV. We cannot unpair them. Our second TV in another room will not pair with any remote. Sky runs in the second room but the remote does not work. We've tried unpairing (4&6, 7&9 etc), rebooting TV/internet connections and using an old remote. Nothing works! Any advice gratefully received!

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;
- Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
- Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
- Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
