Unknown password to reset

My TV won't work, it asks me to get connected but I don't know the password

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Is this your wifi password? It's the same as you use for any other WiFi device. Ypu'll probably find it on a sticker attached to your broadband router.
