Yup that's all on ITV.

apparently it's the same on Virgin Stream so it's down to the way ITV are providing their feed.

As an FYi, for some shows if you boot up ITV X the watch from start functionality is provided within that app for live shows. Well it was about 10 days ago when I was looking for a workaround to the same issue, whether it is still now I haven't actually checked.

Does this only apply to Live shows?? I can restart some ITV programmes

The watch from start feature only applies to live channels so you can catch up on a show that you are joining late.

on demand content has always provided the ability for you to restart an episode you have already started but that's different to "watch from start".
