Unable to use normal tv

We have a sky glass tv,which has now gone to a normal tv,but we can't even watch regular tv as the button on the screen for that option is no longer there

You have disconnect the tv from the Internet  to use normal  tv, and have an ariel  plugged in to the tv

Realistically the built-in DTTV tuner isn't intended for regular use: it's much more convenient to have a Freeview receiver or recorder connected over HDMI.
