When I switch my tv on it says unable to load programmes. It is not an internet issue as I can access iPlayer etc. The only way to clear it is to unplug everything and start again.

I had the networked standby done already but I've done the nighttime one now. This morning my tv worked but it is intermittent so we shall see! Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI'm guessing you are connected by WIFI as well, you could try via ethernet as that should make the connection more stable. The WIFI tends to have an issue waking up from standby, where its not immediate that it reconnects back to your network,
