Got my connection today . When I tried to plant any TV channel like BBC One or HGTV for example this is not loading and gives me an error message some technical issue and comes back to the home page.

Do you mean you have got a new broadband supplier? Was your device working with a previous WiFi connection? Have you reset your network connection and connected it to your new router?
If you mean you got your glass or puck today: Is the network on your glass / stream box connected? Have your tried powering off at the mains for a few minutes and trying again? Does your connection meet the minimum requirements (25mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD).
