Have just signed up for Disney+ via the Sky Store. Have been debited £8.99, and received a confirmation email from Sky. However when I try to open Disney+ app on Sky glass, it requests I enter my email, which when I do, is not recognised by the app. Have refreshed Apps, and rebooted the TV, to no avail.
If there is a problem between Sky and Disney, can I cancel, and will my £8.99 be refunded?
I can then register on the Disney+ website direct.
Any ideas?

It should have given you a QR code to scan as well as an email with a link.
See step three here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-disney-plus
go to sky.com/disneyplus-activate.
Sign in with your Sky iD and create a Disney+ account.
Go to the Disney+ app on your Sky.

Yes, I have signed in with my Sky ID to activate, but get the message 'You need a Disney+ subscription to do this'.
I have already done this through Sky, and my bank account has been debited.
I notice from the fault finding info on the Sky website, refreshing Apps can take up to 24 hours.
If still can't activate after this period, will need to contact Sky to sort out, or refund me.
