I recently purchased a sky glass and am currently in the cooling off period- I have connected my coaxial aerial cable to my sky glass to be able to also watch my satellite tv channels that sky glass doesn't provide.
The cable 100% works perfectly as when I connect it to my old tv it tunes and finds them perfectly with no issues. But with the sky glass, no channels at all can be found. I have reset the sky glass, plugged the cable out and back in multiple times and turned off the sky glass Wi-Fi before attempting to tune the channels- nothing seems to work.
Does anyone have any clue as to why the sky glass won't find the channels manually? There are already less channels than I anticipated on the sky catalogue (along with fewer apps built in also) so if this isn't sorted I genuinely think I'll be returning it.
Thanks very much in advance for any help!

@Eoperry I no longer have Glass as I have moved to the Stream puck but I do recall you must disconnect the Glass TV from your network first and then select the relevant aerial icon.
Have a look at the following link which gives the relevant explanation far better than I could do 😀

To be frank the only time you would use the terrestrial channels is if your network had an outage as all the terrestrial channels are available to stream on your Glass TV.
Good luck.

Just to add to @Fothergill1s comment, sky publish channel availability on its website here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass
