UHD or not?

My account details say I pay for UHD, but the UHD channel via my new Sky Stream channel says I'm not subscribed. I can see one stupid, infuriating case where both might be true, but which is it?

@Gavin-

The only channel in the EPG carrying UHD content requires a Sports subscription.  All content covered by the UHD resolution add-on is on-demand (selected from 'other formats') rather than broadcast.

Re: UHD or not?

Thanks Tim. That's wildly unclear from the UI language. It seems reasonable to me (given I'm paying the UHD add-on) that the dedicated UHD channel shouldn't tell me - with no explanation - that I'm not subscribed. This is similarly stupid to the scenario I had envisaged, though not exactly as stupid. Still stupid, though.

@Gavin-

I'd guess Sky are so used to their Sports content being behind an expensive additional subscription (which is essentially how the company got to where it is today) that they take this as read
