U&Dave will not load on Sky Glass

When I access U & dave programme from my saved programmes it begins and a message comes up wait for this programme to load but it never does?

@JackieSM might be worth trying a reboot of the Glass and seeing if that helps.

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

No problem, glad it worked for you.

 

The Sky Glass is just like a computer so sometimes the good old soluion of turn it off and on again fixes issues like this.
