Anyone had any change? Reluctant to try an update if it'll cause the same issue.

I ended up throwing my TV and purchased a smart TV very annoying as they refused do anything about it. Then they put on the App that they were experiencing issues with sky glass customers and that they were trying to resolve the issue. Absolutely appalling hence why I have cancelled all my services. Won't be going back to them. I also have £300 left to pay on the faulty TV or software.
