Tv stutters and switches itself off
I'm 3 occasions now the sky glass tv freezes, stutters for around 30 seconds then switches itself off. Prior to this we have been experiencing audio and video issues where the audio is not in time with the video.. tried the old switch off and back in but this does not fix the problems. This does not occur on our other tv's linked to sky puc's only the glass tv. Anyone experienced this and know a fix?

Re: Tv stutters and switches itself off
The audio drift issue, where sound and video starts to desync is a known problem and the latest version, QS035 is meant to help with that. Check your software version in settings to see if you're on QS035 yet or still on QS034. The rollout is still happening throughout March.
Regarding the picture freezing, on your Glass TV...
- Open the Netflix app on Sky.
- Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
- Select Check Your Network.
- Note the download speed displayed, please share this with us

Re: Tv stutters and switches itself off
That's alright yeah. You should be getting a good picture with that, assuming it doesn't fluctuate or drop.
When it happens have you noticed any rhythm or rhyme to it? Is it specific channels, similar time of day, when other TVs are in use? Etc.

Nah it's completely random different times of day different channels. I'm hoping it'll also be fixed with the update! Thanks again for your help Andrew!!
