Tv shows are not loading, but apps are ok. WiFi and internet is all ok.

The tv shows do not load but apps such as Netflix and iplayer are working fine.  So the issue seems to be with sky.  
Broadband is all working fine, as evidenced by watching shows on the non-sky apps ok.  
The on screen error message says there is a technical fault with this programme. Try again later. 
any ideas?

Update- fixed!

I found the settings at the bottom of the Home Screen.  And did a Reset. This worked!
