So I've got full list of programs, but every channel I try it says "trying to load program", then after roughly 2 minutes, says "sorry there's a technical problem "

As well as the suggestion from @Mister_Dalek
try powering off the tv for a few minutes by pulling the plug
Often times this clears weird glitches

Have you checked the broadband speed reaching the TV?
To do this open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
Ideally Sky Glass needs a minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD streaming.

Hi @Chenwoo
Have you followed the advice in post 2 and 3? If you require help you will need to provide more information such as isp, speeds, has your puck worked correctly before etc. This is a customer helps customer community not Sky customer service and we don't know anything about your set up unless you tell us!

Got the same problem. Puck worked well for a few days and has now stopped. Switched off and on. Have Ethernet cable. Keep getting the same message.
