When the tv is on? Or is it there when the tv is turned off as well?

@Emsky77 Try unplugging it and turning it back on. Sometimes that simple act will sort issues out.

If still there, you will need to ring Sky and get their input. I hope you're still within the two year warranty period in case it's a terminal issue.
