Hello, got a sky glass TV yesterday, worked fine, setup was fine, went to use it today and it won't turn on, there is no stand by light but the microphone button on the bottom right is flashing, I have tried unplugging the TV for a while and starting it up again, this has not worked, tested the plug is working and it is, tried resetting the remote as instructed in the forum, tried holding the on button down when switching on from the wall again, this has not worked either. From what I have read I reckon it's a faulty TV and needs replacing

In which case you will need to call Sky as we are fellow subscribers on the forum. The only suggestion based on other forum posts is unplug the TV overnight and see if that clears any fault.
Might be worth double checking the steps you have taken against the recovery procedure documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass
If you are in warranty Sky will arrange a replacement, if you are out of warranty you may be able to get a repair through sky's partner: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-tv-repairs
