My TV did an update last week, since then the TV (When on sky) is jumping and flickering that much it's not watchable. If I watch on More4 or Netflix. It's fine so it isn't the actual TV and I've spoken to Bush and they've logged in and done all kinds of stuff to the TV and there isn't an issue they can find so it can only be a setting on Sky. Can anyone advise what I need to do so I can watch sky?

I think I have fixed it, so I went into settings then picture settings and did the following:
change mode to Game
change energy saving to off
picture zoom to full
click advanced settings:
dynamic contrast to high
noise reduction to high
hdmi full range to on

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Stacey210It sounds like a software glitch following the update. A restart of Glass / puck will probably resolve the issue for you as it tends to clear software glitches. It's certainly worth a try.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.

Hi, thank you for this. I tried it but it's remained the same and still jumps and flickers.

When you say you've spoken to Bush, do you have a Bush TV with a Stream puck attached to it?
This is a forum for the Sky Glass TV.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Stacey210 I think you posted the same thing a few days ago and I suggested a restart through the settings menu. Presumably this didn't help so I can escalate your post for an online chat with the Community Messaging Team. Let me know if you would like me to do so.
Edit - You could also try the recovery process as outlined in THIS link. You will may need to sign back in your Apps after completing the recovery.

Hi, yes the restart didn't work unfortunately. It's now been over a week I haven't been able to watch the TV as it's jumping too much.
Could you escalate please ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Stacey210 I have just returned home and seen your last post. As requested I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team who will send you an invitation for an online chat.
The link below explains how the procedure works

Keep a look out for the speech chat bubble that will appear on the bottom left of your screen when you are logged onto this forum (you will need to refresh your browser from time to time until you see the chat bubble). When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or the chat will be automatically closed. Note replies from Sky are not instant so you will need to regularly check the chat thread.
Good luck, I hope you get it sorted 👍

Try going into the picture settings and changing the output from auto to one of the other options

Just tried this and still the same problem. Sky is glitching and jumping everytime we use it, making I basically unusual. Any other ideas? Thanks

Please can you tell me how you fixed this issue? Our tv is unusable atm. Thanks
