On the tv checker on my sky app is states we have a problem + also the screen freezes quiet a lot but the sound continues and we have a 55" Glass tv more convenient then sky Q but not as good as Sky Q

Sky Glass required strong and stable broadband connection for it to work. If you are having issues with your network this will impact your Glass. Sky Q is delivered via satellite and is a completely different service offering.

I does not happen every day but when it does happen it's very annoying and frustrating going on our sky tv app and checking our status it stated we have a problem even the gentleman at SKY sales rep at Lakeside Essex noticed we had a problem and we should contact SKY to solve the issue as we are paying for sub standard reception

If you look on our sky portal our tv streaming says we have a problem nothing to do with the internet as we mobile and broadband which are working fine we believe it is our glass tv that may be the problem
