Is this whilst you are actively watching something or just when it's on the Home Screen on paused?
note that when a live channel is paused for 10 minutes or you leave it idle on the Home Screen it will auto turn off after that 10 minutes. Also if you just leave the TV on and don't pick up the remote every couple of hours it will also turn itself off.
