Tv channels not loading saying there is a technical fault on the channels. Will let me watch appme w

When you press tv guide says it's loading then all the channels say technical fault on that channel. I can watch itv x or you tube etc in the app not any from tv guide

@Dj08 have you tried a reboot to see if that fixes the issue.

1) Put the device into standby

2) Turn it off at the plug 

3) Wait at least 30 seconds

4) Turn it back on again at the plug.

If that doesn't work, who is your ISP, as some ISP cause issues with Live channel streaming.

I can't watch any sky channels  since you fix it up for and my money  have been  deducted every month

If you have and it still doesn't work then we will need more information if we are able to help you? What exactly doesn't work, is it Live Channels, is it the on-demand apps? Do you see an error message at all?

Same here, all the on demand apps all work however none of the live channels work
